HMRLGA is affiliated with the United States Golf Association ("USGA") through membership in HMRLGA. Membership is open to amateur women golfers, 21 years of age or older. The purpose of the HMRLGA is to provide competitive golf and to foster careful observance of the rules and etiquette of the game of golf.
